On May 19, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative preliminary determination in the antidumping duty (AD) investigation of Utility Scale Wind Towers from India and its negative preliminary determination in the AD investigation on Utility Scale Wind Towers from Malaysia.
