Senegal has a firm import restriction on poultry products. While Senegal has not officially informed the WTO of the ban, it has been in place since the late 2000s. The ban is set to be lifted in 2020; however, the GOS has not made any progress towards such measures and may keep the ban.
Senegal also restricts importation of narcotics, munitions, war ammunition (except collectors’ items), pornographic publications, and hallucinogenic drugs, except those authorized by the Ministry of Health.
