Supply Chain News: Secretary Gina Raimondo Meeting with Advisory Committee (ACSCC)

First Meeting of the ACSCC in 2022

U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina M. Raimondo and National Economic Council Chair Brian Deese addressed newly appointed members of the Advisory Committee on Supply Chain Competitiveness (ACSCC) during their quarterly meeting on January 20, 2022. During the meeting, Raimondo and Deese discussed the Biden-Harris administration’s supply chain policies and initiatives, as well as shared goals for the newly reconstituted committee.

Attendees included senior leaders of the President’s Supply Chain Disruption Task Force, CEOs, and senior executives representing several industries including freight, healthcare, and manufacturing, as well as labor, academia, and relevant industry associations.
