Includes the barriers (tariff and non-tariff) that U.S. companies face when exporting to this country.
Before you export, you need to determine whether your product, technology, or service might need an export license. Consult the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security for information regarding the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), as well as the U.S. State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control in export licensing.
Prospective importers should consult with the Investment Department at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning for inquiries on import and export tariffs.
