Established companies can request to be incorporated into the Temporary Importation for Export Regime (RITEX) at https://empresadigital.gob.bo/#/login which allows the duty-free importation of raw materials and intermediate goods for use in manufacturing products for export.  Companies wishing to participate must have a Taxpayer Identification Number (NIT) and an Exporter Identification Number (RUE).  Once incorporation into RITEX is approved, that information is given to Bolivia’s National Customs (https://www.aduana.gob.bo/aduana7/).  The incorporation into RITEX will expire in 360 days for altered or processed goods, a term that may be extended by the Vice Ministry of Commerce and Internal Logistics for a period of up to one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days
