Established companies can be incorporated into the Temporary Importation for Export Regime (RITEX), which allows the duty-free importation of raw materials and intermediate goods for use in manufacturing products for export.  Companies wishing to participate must have a Taxpayer Identification Number (NIT) and an Exporter Identification Number (RUE). You can request the incorporation into RITEX. Once RITEX is approved, that information is given to Bolivia’s National Customs (https://www.aduana.gob.bo/aduana7/). The incorporation into RITEX will expire in 360 days for altered or processed goods, and in 180 days for goods to be repaired.
