The actual tariff classification and assessment of duties is determined by customs authorities in the relevant foreign country. Countries may elect to increase tariffs or otherwise amend tariff treatment at any time. For definitive guidance, parties should contact the government customs agency in the appropriate foreign country.

* Please note that as of April 10, 2025, China has implemented 84 percent tariffs on all products originating in the United States. These tariffs increase to 125 percent on April 12. These are not listed in the database below, but the tariff would be applied in addition to any Chinese tariffs listed below. And any U.S. products entering China that are not listed in the database would also be subject to the tariff.
