Events
Commerce has assessed the circumstances of current antidumping duty (AD) cases involving products from Ukraine and, in March 2022, tolled (i.e., paused) all activities and deadlines for a period of 90 days to provide flexibility to Ukrainian respondents. Currently, there are six active (AD) proceedings:
- two administrative reviews of Commerce’s AD order on oil country tubular goods (covering the 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 periods);
- an administrative review of Commerce’s AD order on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard line and pressure pipe (covering the 2021/2022 period);
- an administrative review of Commerce’s AD order on prestressed concrete steel wire strand (covering the 2020/2022 period);
- a sunset review of the AD order on carbon and alloy steel wire rod; and
- an AD suspension agreement on certain cut-to-length steel plate.
