Saudi Arabia Cybersecurity

The Saudi National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) announced that all entities that provide cybersecurity solutions, services, or products are welcome to register their information via NCA’s website beginning from Monday, April 25, 2022. NCA stated that the registration will be a regulatory requirement for any entity that provides cybersecurity solutions, services, or products in the Kingdom, beginning from August 1, 2022.

U.S. cybersecurity firms looking to register can do so on the NCA website. Once the registration is submitted, NCA reviews the request and notifies the applicant with the status of registration and any additional information needed to complete the registration. The applicant is notified of the outcome (i.e., approved or not) after the review process is completed.
