BEIJING China GREEN CONSTRUCTION MARKET

According to the Development and Reform Committee of the Beijing Municipal Government, Fengtai Distrtict, Fangshan District, Daxing District, and Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone Areas will implement 260 projects as part of this plan. The construction projects include a group of museums, a ballet center, an acrobatic art center, and over 400 kilometers of rail and roads.

In Fengtai District, there will be over $68 billion in investment, including retrofitting of Fengtai Hospital, the Beijing Stomatological Hospital, public housing, and schools and universities. The District is prioritizing green construction projects, presenting opportunities for U.S. firms with climate-friendly products and solutions.
