(Pittsburgh, PA); United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union, AFL-CIO, CLC (Pittsburgh, PA); and Welded Tube USA, Inc. (Lackawanna, NY).
