The Special 301 Report is an annual review of the global state of IP protection and enforcement. The U.S. Trade Representative conducts the Special 301 review annually pursuant to Section 182 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended.  Cameroon is not listed in the 2023 Special 301 Report.  In any foreign market, companies should consider several general principles for effective protection of their intellectual property.  For background, link to our article on Protecting Intellectual Property and Stopfakes.gov for more resources.
