Megan Funkhouser
Megan Funkhouser serves as Director of Policy, Tax and Trade at the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI), the premier global advocate for technology, representing the world’s most innovative companies. She primarily focuses on advancing ITI member priorities in the international tax space.
Before joining ITI, Megan handled trade & investment policy for the Global Business Alliance (GBA), formerly known as the Organization for International Investment (OFII). Megan started her career working for Representative Jim Costa (CA-16), where she supported the Representative’s engagement with the Transatlantic Legislators’ Dialogue - an interparliamentary exchange between Members of Congress and Members of European Parliament - and managed a legislative portfolio that included foreign affairs, defense, and financial services. During graduate school, Megan applied her Hill experience to internships with the U.S. Mission to the European Union in Brussels, U.S. Commercial Service in Portland, Oregon, and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative in Washington, DC.
Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a minor in Economics from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree in International Development with concentrations in Defense & Security Economics and Latin America from Sciences Po in Paris, France. Megan currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Women in International Trade (WIIT).

Tony Pu
Tony Pu joined the U.S. Department of Commerce in 2007. In his current role as an International Trade Specialist with the U.S. Commercial Service, based in Philadelphia, he helps U.S. firms develop customized export solutions to strategically sell their products and services internationally. Tony covers the following industry sectors for eastern Pennsylvania (extending west to Harrisburg) and all of Delaware: information & communication technologies, safety & security, and environmental technologies.
Prior to his move to Philadelphia, Tony worked in Washington, D.C. for several years. With the Commercial Service, he managed the partnership programs at industry-leading trade shows in the U.S. Before that, he was an economic statistician at the Census Bureau helping to produce the monthly import and export trade statistics.
