Rancho Global assists companies with import and export solutions including classifications for USML, ECCN, HTS and Schedule B. We provide complete order of review and rationale supporting the classifications, and review exports against reasons for control and determine licensing needs. We develop export licenses such as DSP-5, DSP-6, DSP-83, DSP-85 in support of ITAR and EAR hardware, software, firmware and technical information. We submit license applications through DECCS and SNAP-R to ensure government review is completed. We utilize license exemptions and exceptions when applicable to expedite product exports to foreign partners. 

Rancho Global collaborates with carriers and license customs brokers to ensure delivery of products. We resolve PGA concerns and submit EEI filings to the AES through ACE. We leverage exemptions for exports when applicable to expedite delivery of products to foreign partners. 

Rancho Global performs denied party screenings against individuals and companies and determine if there are any embargo or sanction implications. We train and mentor jurisdiction and classification analysts as well as Empowered Officials, and establish training programs and certify new trainers.
