On July 14, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determination in the antidumping duty (AD) investigation of fresh mushrooms from Canada.

Next Steps
- Commerce is also conducting a concurrent countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of fresh mushrooms from Canada
- Because Commerce has aligned the final CVD determinations with the final determinations of the companion AD investigations, Commerce is scheduled to make its final AD determination along with the final CVD determination on/or around December 3, 2026.
