Preliminary Affirmative Determinations in the Antidumping Duty Investigations of Chassis from Mexico and Thailand

On September 25, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) investigations of certain chassis and subassemblies thereof (chassis) from Mexico, Thailand, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam). There are also concurrent countervailing duty investigations on chassis from Mexico and Thailand.

Next Steps

  • The final determinations of these AD investigations are scheduled to be announced on or around February 9, 2026, based on 135 days from the date the preliminary determinations are published in the Federal Register.
  • Commerce is also conducting concurrent countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of chassis from Mexico and Thailand.
  • The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) is running concurrent injury determination investigations. For more information related to the ITC’s timeline, please refer to the ITC’s calendar.
