Preliminary Affirmative Determinations in the Countervailing Duty Investigations of Chassis from Mexico and Thailand
On June 29, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determinations in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of chassis from Mexico and Thailand. Commerce is also conducting a concurrent antidumping duty (AD) investigation of chassis from Mexico, Thailand, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

- The final determinations of these CVD investigations are aligned with the final determinations in the companion AD investigations, which are currently December 8, 2025, unless postponed.
