Preliminary Affirmative Determination in the Countervailing Duty Investigation of Fiberglass Door Panels from the People’s Republic of China

On August 19, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determination in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of fiberglass door panels from the People’s Republic of China (China).

  • The final determinations of these CVD investigation is aligned with the final determinations in the companion AD investigation, which is currently scheduled to be announced on December 31, 2025, unless postponed.
