Commerce Initiates Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations of Fiberglass Door Panels from the People’s Republic of China

On April 10, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced the initiation of antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of fiberglass door panels from the People’s Republic of China (China).

For AD investigations, the deadlines are set forth in sections 733(b) and 735(a) of the Act. These deadlines may be extended under certain circumstances.
