On August 26, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determination in the antidumping duty (AD) investigation of polypropylene corrugated boxes from the People’s Republic of China (China).

Next Steps

  • The final determination of this AD investigation is aligned with the final determination in the companion countervailing duty (CVD) investigation, which is currently scheduled to be announced on November 12, 2025, unless postponed.
  • Commerce is conducting concurrent CVD investigations of polypropylene corrugated boxes from China and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and an AD investigation for Vietnam.
  • The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) is running a concurrent injury determination investigation.  For more information related to the ITC’s timeline, please refer to the ITC’s calendar.

Privacy

The Chatbot does not collect information about users and does not use the contents of users’ chat history to learn new information. All feedback is anonymous.
