POWERGEN International 2024
The Trade Event Partnership Program at POWERGEN International 2024
January 23 - 25, 2024 | New Orleans, LA | Ernest M. Morial Convention Center
Under the Trade Event Partnership Program (TEPP), the U.S. Commercial Service (USCS) has identified POWERGEN International as an excellent opportunity for U.S. companies to expand their international business in the energy industry.
In support of the TEPP program at POWERGEN, USCS is recruiting public and private sector delegates from across the world to meet with U.S. exhibitors at the show. Check back for the list of countries.
Complimentary International Sales Opportunities for U.S. Exhibitors at POWERGEN 2024
• Business-to-Business Matchmaking (B2B) Meetings
The B2B meetings, which connect overseas buyers and government officials with U.S. exhibitors, are an excellent opportunity to advance your company’s sales outside of the U.S. These meetings will take place virtually before POWERGEN or at the conference at a pre-arranged location.
• International Market Counseling (IMC) Meetings
Through the IMC Meetings program, U.S. Embassy and Consulate Energy Specialists will be onsite for one-on-one meetings with U.S. companies to discuss country-specific market opportunities and challenges, trade barriers, export finance options, and U.S. government advocacy. Connect with energy experts in your specific countries of interest via these virtual meetings before POWERGEN or in-person at the conference.
• U.S. Exhibitor Directory (for International Buyers)
List your company in the U.S. Exhibitor Directory, which will be shared with the international buyers attending POWERGEN 2024. This directory is provided to U.S. Embassy and Consulate recruited international buyers and partners who are aiming to connect with U.S. companies at the show. The U.S. company’s product/service overview, countries and regions of interest, booth location, and company contact are included in the directory. This is a targeted approach which will bring international buyers directly to your booth at POWERGEN
Registration for these programs will go live in November.

The International Trade Booth is where U.S. companies will find information on international opportunities and can schedule business-to-business (B2B) matchmaking meetings with overseas delegates, meet with U.S. Embassy and Consulate energy specialists, and learn more about international sales opportunities abroad.
The international business development programs listed above are complimentary to U.S. exhibitors whose product and/or service has at least 51% U.S. content (i.e., the majority of the product or service is produced within the U.S.).
