Notice for Comment Period Regarding Commerce's Use of Cohen's D

Commerce is currently soliciting comments regarding alternatives to the Cohen’s d test in the context of its antidumping duty cases. The comment period closes at midnight on May 30, 2025. Comments can be submitted through the Federal Register or through Regulations.gov. The applicable docket number is ITA-2025-0004.
