- Litigation: Ulloa & Asociados has a team of specialized lawyers who will provide you with comprehensive advice at all stages of your litigation and legal disputes before the courts and tribunals of the country and extrajudicial, namely: conflict analysis, first instance and appeals, including those of the superior courts.
- Notary: The notarial procedure, which consists of the preparation of the different businesses or legal acts that natural or legal people celebrate before the notary.
- Registries: The purpose of this process is to comply with the legal requirements regarding the registration of documents, actions, private property and/or client products before government institutions such as the Property Registry, Commercial Registry, Intellectual Property Directorate, National Registry of People, and the Health Regulation Agency.
- Labor & Employment: Ulloa & Asociados, through its team of lawyers specializing in labor matters, provides services to its clients in labor issues that arise in the business environment. We currently have 9 practice areas:
- Resource Management: It is a service that arises as a need of the firm Ulloa & Asociados, which is responsible for providing such services to clients who require services in the financial, accounting, tax and administrative areas, as total or partial support of the organization functioning.
- Counseling: Service provided to our clients through a documented process in which a response is given in accordance with the law on situations that are consulted by our clients, as well as support for matters that require legal guidance.
- Compliance: This process incorporates activities from the Advisory and Management processes, and consists of providing guidance to internal and external clients, through the verification and analysis, ideally preventive, of their fiscal and/or tax situation, either before the public and/or municipal administration.
- Management: Our legal team manages the legal process of Environmental Licensing in an integrated manner, under the technical supervision of the Environmental Services Provider. This area of our organization is responsible for obtaining and renewing Environmental Licenses, Mining Exploration and Exploitation (concessions) and their renewal, Water Use Authorization, among others.
- Litigation: Ulloa & Asociados has a team of specialized lawyers who will provide you with comprehensive advice at all stages of your litigation and legal disputes before the courts and tribunals of the country and extrajudicial, namely: conflict analysis, first instance and appeals, including those of the superior courts.
- Notary: The notarial procedure, which consists of the preparation of the different businesses or legal acts that natural or legal people celebrate before the notary.
- Registries: The purpose of this process is to comply with the legal requirements regarding the registration of documents, actions, private property and/or client products before government institutions such as the Property Registry, Commercial Registry, Intellectual Property Directorate, National Registry of People, and the Health Regulation Agency.
- Labor & Employment: Ulloa & Asociados, through its team of lawyers specializing in labor matters, provides services to its clients in labor issues that arise in the business environment. We become part of your company, to support strategic decision-making and that are generating value in the organization’s sector.
- Natural Clients: We provide any type of service that people (not as an institution) need.
