  • Litigation: Ulloa & Asociados has a team of specialized lawyers who will provide you with comprehensive advice at all stages of your litigation and legal disputes before the courts and tribunals of the country and extrajudicial, namely: conflict analysis, first instance and appeals, including those of the superior courts.
  • Notary: The notarial procedure, which consists of the preparation of the different businesses or legal acts that natural or legal people celebrate before the notary.
  • Registries: The purpose of this process is to comply with the legal requirements regarding the registration of documents, actions, private property and/or client products before government institutions such as the Property Registry, Commercial Registry, Intellectual Property Directorate, National Registry of People, and the Health Regulation Agency.

  • Litigation: Ulloa & Asociados has a team of specialized lawyers who will provide you with comprehensive advice at all stages of your litigation and legal disputes before the courts and tribunals of the country and extrajudicial, namely: conflict analysis, first instance and appeals, including those of the superior courts.
  • Notary: The notarial procedure, which consists of the preparation of the different businesses or legal acts that natural or legal people celebrate before the notary.
  • Registries: The purpose of this process is to comply with the legal requirements regarding the registration of documents, actions, private property and/or client products before government institutions such as the Property Registry, Commercial Registry, Intellectual Property Directorate, National Registry of People, and the Health Regulation Agency.
