On March 9, 2022, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative preliminary determination in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Russia and its negative preliminary determination in the CVD investigation of OCTG from South Korea
