On March 19, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced the initiation of antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof from China.

The petitioner is the Coalition of American Manufacturers of Mobile Access Equipment (the members of which are JLG Industries, Inc. (Hagerstown, MD) and Terex Corporation (Redmond, WA)).
