Talent for Growth Task Force Statement

Task Force April 2024

“It was our great pleasure to work with our dedicated colleagues on the Task Force. We are pleased to transmit to you a joint statement of the members of the Task Force reflecting the rich and fruitful exchanges.

The Task Force met in plenary sessions four times. Much of the consideration of the issues took place in four workstreams: Workstream 1, Training Workers to Meet Business Needs led by Chuck Robbins; Workstream 2, Including Women and Underrepresented Groups in Technical Jobs led by Michael Lynton; Workstream 3, Skills-Based Hiring led by Giulia Meschino; and Workstream 4, Credentials Including Micro Credentials, also led by Giulia Meschino. The preparatory reports of the workstreams and the reports of the OECD, enabled by the EU, contribute to the consideration of three of the workstreams and its reports can be found following the Statement.”
