On December 19, 2014, Commerce and signatory producers/exporters accounting for substantially all imports of sugar from Mexico and the Government of Mexico signed Agreements Suspending the Antidumping (AD) and Countervailing Duty (CVD) Investigations on Sugar from Mexico.  The AD Agreement set reference prices for sales to the United States of Refined and Other Sugar and the CVD Agreement set export limits on Sugar from Mexico.
