SelectUSA hosts a range of events – in addition to sponsoring and participating in select industry events – in the United States and around the world. SelectUSA, together with U.S. diplomatic missions around the world, leads delegations of U.S. economic development organizations on multi-city international road shows where foreign firms can meet directly with U.S. state, tribal, regional, and local representatives, and receive first-hand knowledge about establishing a business in the United States.

Through its global portfolio managers in Washington D.C. and expanded network in more than 75 international markets, SelectUSA provides on-the-ground support for U.S. state, tribal, regional, and local investment missions abroad. SelectUSA also meets with business delegations to the United States and offers services to participating investors.

At major events, both domestically and overseas, SelectUSA often coordinates a central U.S. investment pavilion, hosting economic development organizations (EDOs) from across the United States. Services offered may include “Invest in the United States” seminars, one-on-one meeting coordination between investors and EDOs, and networking events.
