Preliminary Affirmative Determinations in the Countervailing Duty Investigation of Paper File Folders from Cambodia
On March 25, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determination in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of paper file folders from Cambodia. Commerce is also conducting a concurrent antidumping duty (AD) investigation of paper file folders from Cambodia.
