Preliminary Affirmative Determinations in the Antidumping Duty Investigations of Overhead Door Counterbalance Torsion Springs from the People’s Republic of China and India

On May 28, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) investigations of overhead door counterbalance torsion springs from the People’s Republic of China (China) and India. Commerce is also conducting a concurrent countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of overhead door counterbalance torsion springs from China and India.
