Preliminary Affirmative Determinations in the Antidumping Duty Investigations of Corrosion-Resistant Steel Products from Multiple Trading Partners
On April 4, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) investigations of corrosion-resistant steel products (CORE) from Australia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, the Netherlands, South Africa, Taiwan, the Republic of Türkiye (Türkiye), the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam). Commerce is also conducting concurrent countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of CORE from Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and Vietnam.
