On September 26, 2023, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determination in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of non-refillable steel cylinders from India.

  • To date, Commerce maintains 670 antidumping duty (AD) and CVD orders that provide relief to American companies and industries impacted by unfair trade.
  • On May 17, 2023, Commerce concurrently initiated an AD investigation on imports of non-refillable steel cylinders from India. The preliminary determination in this AD investigation is currently scheduled to be announced on November 27, 2023.

Always double-check the Chatbot’s responses using the provided references or by visiting the Export Solutions web pages on Trade.gov. Do not use its responses as legal or professional advice.
