Preliminary Affirmative Determinations in the Countervailing Duty Investigations of Certain Paper Shopping Bags from the People’s Republic of China and India

 

On October 31, 2023, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determinations in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of certain paper shopping bags from the People’s Republic of China (China) and India.
