On March 6, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determination in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of unwrought palladium from the Russian Federation (Russia).

Next Steps 

  • The final determination for the CVD investigation of unwrought palladium from Russia is scheduled to be announced on May 20, 2026, unless it is postponed.
