On January 29, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its preliminary affirmative determination in the antidumping duty (AD) investigation of silicon metal from Australia and Norway.

Next Steps

  • The final determination in these AD investigations is currently scheduled to be issued on or around June 22, 2026.
