Mexico Issues Preliminary Determination in the Antidumping Duty Investigation of Aluminum Hollow Profiles from the United States and China
On December 31, 2025, Mexico’s International Commercial Practices Unit (UPCI) issued a preliminary determination in its ongoing antidumping duty (AD) investigation into aluminum hollow profiles from the United States and China. The provisional rates assigned to U.S. producers/exporters can be found here.

The products subject to this investigation are hollow profiles made of alloyed or non-alloyed aluminum, of any size, shape or figure, with finishes (for example, painted or anodized) or without finishes, primarily used in architecture and in the production of various structures, including windows and doors. The merchandise under investigation is currently classified under Harmonized System (HS) code: 7604.21.01.
