Croatia Energy €335 Million Tender for Oil and Gas Well Services

INA Group, Croatia’s largest oil and gas company, has announced a major procurement tender valued at approximately €335 million for the provision of comprehensive oil and gas well services. The contract will be awarded for a period of 60 months, with operational activities scheduled to commence on April 1, 2026. The deadline for submission of tender documentation is January 22, 2026. 

The tender covers a wide range of onshore and offshore well operations, including drilling new oil and gas wells and maintaining, repairing, or performing workovers on existing assets. Additional services include well logging and measurement, flow testing, cementing, stimulation, and ongoing well maintenance throughout the contract period. The selected contractor is expected to be an integrated service provider capable of delivering the full range of required services.

Companies applying must have a minimum of four drilling rigs and four workover rigs and must be capable of performing an additional 14 types of specialized well services. For offshore operations specifically, bidders are required to have a workforce of at least 120 employees with internationally recognized maritime certifications. Each rig must be staffed with at least two supervisors possessing a minimum of five years of experience in the oil and gas industry. All bidders and subcontractors must also hold internationally recognized certifications covering health and safety, quality management, environmental protection, and energy efficiency.
