CHINA CLEAN ENERGY MARKET

Jilin Province is planning to launch clean energy projects to reduce heavy industrial carbon emissions. The province aims to be carbon neutral by 2060.  

Jilin issued an action plan to increase non-fossil energy consumption by 12.5% and decrease coal-generated energy consumption by 62% by 2025.  To achieve this goal, the province is seeking demonstration projects in wind-to-hydrogen It is prioritizing distributed generation with new technologies.  The newly approved clean energy projects represent a $15.6 billion investment.

These projects present opportunities for U.S. clean energy solutions in wind, solar, biofuel, wind-powered hydrogen generation, and distributed energy technologies and products.
