The Intellectual Property Rights (IP) team provides U.S. creators with resources and programs to help them protect and enforce their intellectual property rights domestically and internationally. We collaborate and partner with U.S. government agencies and industries to advance ITA’s mission of strengthening the international competitiveness of U.S. industry.

The IP team participates in trade policy processes and contributes to the U.S. trade policy agenda.

STOPfakes.gov hosts resources and events to educate and assist businesses, consumers, and government officials about how to protect IP globally.
IP Attachés
The IP team supports the IP Attaché program through policy assistance, industry, and IP expertise.
