On May 28, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced the initiation of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of N-Cyclohexylbenzothiazole-2-Sulfenamide (CBS) from the People’s Republic of China (China).

- If the ITC issues affirmative preliminary determinations, Commerce would be scheduled to announce its preliminary determinations on July 31, 2026, for the CVD investigations, and on October 14, 2026, for the AD investigations. These deadlines may be extended in accordance with the statute.
