inter airport Europe 2023 – The One-Stop Shop Uniting the Airport Community

Mark your calendar and don’t miss the best event for ground support equipment (GSE) in the European market! inter airport Europe 2023, the international exhibition for airport equipment, technology, design, and services, takes place October 10-13, in Munich, Germany. The 24th edition of the biennial trade show will be held at the Munich Trade Fair Center, a great venue that offers first class halls and an extensive outdoor area. inter airport Europe 2023 represents the entire airport industry, with exhibits ranging from solutions for ground handling, terminal operations, airport IT and airport design.

In July 2023, the project team reported in a press release that “with two exhibition halls are virtually sold out, exhibitors are embracing the recently opened additional hall C6 at this year’s show. Four months ahead of opening, some 313 exhibitors from 33 countries have already booked their stand space, forming an impressive line-up of well-known international brands alongside promising startups and scaleups. Supported by an extensive program of technical seminars and industry talks, this year’s event is set to boost technological advancement, strategic partnerships and investment that will shape the air transport industry over the coming years.” Therefore, the upcoming show is the central marketplace for airport operators worldwide as it covers the full spectrum of the industry. Exhibitor Support Program (ESP)

The U.S. Commercial Service will be present to work with select U.S. exhibitors at inter airport Europe 2023. Through the ESP, we will be able to provide you with a variety of services, including market research, assistance in finding suitable business partners and other customized services, all designed to promote your exports before, during and after the show. Please note, however, that this year’s program is affected by other aerospace events in October and November. Therefore, ESP participation is limited to 3 companies, while the general promotion campaign covers all U.S. exhibitors. The ESP includes the following elements:

  • Focused email promotion of U.S. exhibitors to local contacts in the airport equipment industry in Germany (FREE)
  • On-site counseling, market research, and interpreting assistance (FREE)
  • Company and products listing on our international buyer-targeted inter airport Europe 2023 promotion page (FREE)

The ESP is usually flanked by an International Promotion Program (IPP), which extends the outreach to other European markets. In 2024, we can only offer limited international support during the show due to other resource-intensive events. We will do even more in Germany and the neighboring markets.
