iba 2025
iba is the global meeting point for baking industry professionals. Since 1949, it has been the platform for innovations and provides a complete overview of all novelties on the market. The event is the international meeting place for bakers, pastry chefs, restaurateurs, café owners, hotel professionals, and caterers as well as decision makers from the food retail market. At the last event in 2023, 1.073 exhibitors took part at “the world’s leading trade fair for the baking and confectionery industry” and 57,000 visitors from 150 countries met at iba in Munich.
Due to the the pandemic, iba 2021 had to be moved to the fall of 2023. In response to the baking industry’s feedback that the regular iba date in 2027 would be too long a wait, the next iba will be held in 2025. Therefore, from May 18 to 22, 2025, iba will open the event year for the baking industry in Duesseldorf. Starting in 2027, iba will again be held every three years in the fall at the Munich trade fair center.
