On March 12, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced the final results of the antidumping duty (AD) administrative review of certain pasta (pasta) from Italy covering imports that entered the United States during the period July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.

Next Steps
- Commerce will provide instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection to liquidate entries of pasta from Italy made by the exporters and producers included in this review during the period July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, at the final dumping margins stated above.
- The final dumping margins also establish the new cash deposits rates for future imports of pasta from the exporters and producers included in this review.

- The AD order on pasta from Italy was originally published on July 24, 1996. Since then, in response to requests from both Italian producers and the domestic industry, Commerce has conducted multiple administrative reviews under this order.
- On August 14, 2024, based on requests from interested parties, Commerce initiated an annual administrative review of Italian pasta exports, covering the period from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024.
- On September 4, 2025, Commerce released its preliminary results of this administrative review, followed by post-preliminary analysis on December 31, 2025.
