Final Affirmative Determination in the Antidumping Duty Investigation of Certain Freight Rail Couplers and Parts Thereof from the People’s Republic of China
On May 23, 2023, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative final determination in the antidumping duty (AD) investigation of certain freight rail couplers and parts thereof (freight rail couplers) from the People’s Republic of China (China).
