Final Affirmative Determination in the Antidumping Duty Investigation of Gas Powered Pressure Washers from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

 

On August 23, 2023, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative final determination in the antidumping duty (AD) investigation of gas powered pressure washers from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam).

Volume data for 2019 are not available, as the volume of imports entered under HTSUS subheading 8424.30.9000 was not reported in official import statistics prior to 2020.

Always double-check the Chatbot’s responses using the provided references or by visiting the Export Solutions web pages on Trade.gov. Do not use its responses as legal or professional advice. Inaccurate advice from the Chatbot would not be a defense to violating any export rules or regulations.

Privacy

The Chatbot does not collect information about users and does not use the contents of users’ chat history to learn new information. All feedback is anonymous.
