Preliminary Determinations in Countervailing Duty Investigations of Certain Aluminum Foil from Oman and Turkey
On March 1, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative preliminary determinations in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of aluminum foil from Oman and Turkey.

The petitioners are the Aluminum Association Trade Enforcement Working Group and its individual members, Gränges Americas Inc., JW Aluminum Company, and Novelis Corporation.
