On January, 27, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative preliminary determination in the antidumping duty (AD) investigation of seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Vietnam.

The members of the American Copper Tube Coalition are Mueller Copper Tube Products, Inc., Mueller Copper Tube West Co., Mueller Copper Tube Company, Inc., Howell Metal Company, and Linesets, Inc., (collectively, Mueller Group) (Collierville, TN), and Cerro Flow Products, LLC (Sauget, IL).
