On March 8, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative final determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of certain vertical shaft engines between 99cc and up to 225cc, and parts thereof (small vertical engines), from China.
