On June 28, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its final affirmative final determinations in the antidumping (AD) investigations of seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from Russia, South Korea, and Ukraine, and countervailing duty (CV)D investigations of seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from South Korea and Russia.
