Final Determinations in Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations of Certain Metal Lockers and Parts Thereof from China
On June 29, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative final determinations in the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of certain metal lockers and parts thereof (metal lockers) from China.

The petitioners estimated the 2019 volume of imports of certain metal lockers and parts thereof at 79 million pounds.
The petitioners are DeBourgh Manufacturing Co. (La Junta, Colorado), List Industries, Inc. (Deerfield Beach, FL), Penco Products, Inc. (Greenville, NC), and Tennsco LLC (Dickson, TN).
