On June 17, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) announced its affirmative final determination in the antidumping duty (AD) investigation of seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Vietnam

measure. Imports of chassis and subassemblies thereof enter under HTSUS subheadings that cover subject and non-subject merchandise; therefore,
the import data may be overstated. The petitioner estimated the 2019 import value of chassis from China at $250 million.

The petitioners are the American Copper Tube Coalition and its constituent members. The members of the American Copper Tube Coalition are Mueller Copper Tube Products, Inc., Mueller Copper Tube West Co., Mueller Copper Tube Company, Inc., Howell Metal Company, and Linesets, Inc., (collectively, Mueller Group) (Collierville, TN), and Cerro Flow Products, LLC (Sauget, IL).
